Jim Barton, CPA worked as a Senior Executive Recruiter and Market Manager for the Paramus, New Jersey office of Source Finance for over 23 years. Prior to recruiting, Jim worked as an Auditor for Maremont Corporation. Jim began his career at the Big Four firm of PriceWaterhouseCoopers (formerly Price Waterhouse). Jim is a CPA in the State of New Jersey and holds a BS in Accounting from Indiana University and attended business school at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Jim resides in Northern New Jersey with his wife and three children.

Matt Burgay worked as a Senior Executive Recruiter and Business Unit Director for the New Jersey and Westchester regions of Source Finance, a national staffing company (now Kforce) for over 18 years before becoming one of the founding Partners of Source Associates LLC. Prior to recruiting, Matt was an International Finance Manager for the BOC Group, an International Manufacturing company. Matt began his career and worked as a CPA at the Big Four firm of KPMG in NYC for 6 years. Matt was a CPA in the State of New York (currently in inactive status) prior to his becoming an Executive Search Consultant. Matt holds a BS in Accounting from Marietta College and an MBA in Finance from Pace University. Matt resides in Rockland County, New York with his wife.
